Who We Are

Adam Pfefer
CEO & Founder

Adam brings over 20 years of technology leadership experience in financial services to RiskRadar. After years of experiencing the limitations of traditional security assessments and witnessing the growing complexity of cyber risk management, Adam founded RiskRadar to help organizations move beyond periodic questionnaires to continuous, evidence-based monitoring.

Prior to RiskRadar, he spent 15 years at Davidson Kempner Capital Management, where he helped scale the firm's global technology operations as it grew from $12B to $40B in assets under management. Additionally, Adam is a co-founder of AITEC, a leading technology executive peer group.

Adam resides in the New York area with his wife and children. In his free time, he serves as a volunteer EMT and enjoys skiing, hiking, and traveling with his family. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Yeshiva University.

Nir Gavish
Head of R&D

Nir is an experienced technology leader with over 16 years in R&D management, system architecture, and high-quality software delivery. He is skilled in building and leading high-performing engineering teams, driving end-to-end product development, and implementing robust CI/CD pipelines.

He has a strong focus on designing scalable, cloud-native solutions across various domains, including cybersecurity and fintech, while ensuring excellence in quality and automation.

Nir resides in Tel Aviv, and is not one to be messed with - he is a dedicated Judo instructor and competitor, holding a Dan 2 black belt and multiple national and international awards.

Roberto Jusay
Simulation Engineer

Roberto brings over 17 years of systems engineering experience to RiskRadar. His systems engineering expertise and industry knowledge is crucial in furthering the development of RiskRadar.

Prior to joining RiskRadar, he spent 8 years at Abacus Group working as an SME in all aspects of technology. He previously worked at several large Hedge Funds/Private Equity firms as a Senior Systems Administrator and Trade Floor Engineer. 

Roberto resides in New York, and is an avid runner, completing his second NYC marathon last year and world traveler. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Binghamton University.

Eric Sabshon
Head of Customer Success

Eric has spent his career in relationship management and business analytics supporting clients in financial services. He joined RiskRadar to lead the customer arm as a trusted advisor to clients, to understand their needs and challenges - ultimately delivering a superior product.

Prior to RiskRadar, he spent time at Davidson Kempner Capital Management where he helped to develop and deploy productivity technology initiatives within the firm.

Eric resides in New York and spends his free time playing guitar, skiing and traveling to both cold and warm locales. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Binghamton University.
